Harper has spent more than 16 years developing broad experience within the insurance industry. Over that time, he has worked to build a practical understanding of insurance, risk management and the importance of matching coverage decisions to the individual circumstances of each client.
Today, as Vice President of Tidewater Insurance Agency, Harper helps support key business functions, client relationships and the continued development of insurance solutions for the agency’s clients.
His professional approach is centered on long-term relationships. Rather than viewing insurance as a single transaction, Harper believes strong client service begins with understanding what needs to be protected and staying connected as those needs change over time.

Harper is a graduate of Troy University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Risk Management and Insurance.
That academic background provided a foundation in business and risk management that complements the practical insurance experience he has developed throughout his career.
